Rodent Repellent Sprays
Rodent Proofing Tips. How To Get Rid of Mice.
Application Tips From the Pros
Rodent MACE is an effective alternative to mouse traps and poisons. Our rodent spray is made with plant-based ingredients and is safe for everyday home use. We take pride in creating mouse solutions that are home-friendly and safe for use around family and pets.
Rodent MACE helps prevent rodents from trailing, nesting, chewing and gnawing. Our rodent spray works in all seasons! You can safely use it in and on basements, kitchens, cabinets, closets, decks, sheds, attics, crawlspaces, patios, garbage cans, boathouses, warehouses, barns, RV campers, campsites, picnic areas, vegetable gardens, flower beds, and anywhere else rodents are a problem!
It can also be applied to tractor and equipment cabins. Rodent MACE can be used to protect wire harnesses in cars, trucks, tractors, boats, motor homes, etc. It can save you hundreds of dollars in possible damage.
Our rodent spray uses the power of peppermint oil to repel rodents fast. When mice, rats, squirrels, and rodents smell our spray they don't just go away, they stay away. We use powerful scents to keep mice away.
Our desire as a company was to include more active ingredients in comparison to other brands. We designed our rodent repellent with the intent of creating the strongest repellent possible. We also included proprietary sticking agents to increase the lifespan of our repellent’s effectiveness.
You can quickly use Rodent Mace with ease and enjoy repellency that lasts for weeks on end. We believe in using safe and effective products that will humanely keep animals and bugs away. Our rodent repellent eliminates the concern for non-living animals scattered inside walls and attics. Birds and other mammals eat poisoned mice and sadly get poisoned themselves.
The idea is to make your home as unappealing as possible to rodents, giving them no reason to invade. Thoroughly inspect and seal up any holes, cracks, crevices, or openings that mice may enter through. Fill in gaps located behind appliances, around utility lines, under porches, by windows, vents, and doors. Fill these in completely with steel wool or silicone caulk.
Mice rely heavily on their sense of smell and can easily find their way in for a meal. Remove any food sources that are sitting out. Try to package everything in sealed containers or glass jars. Pay attention to uncovered trash cans, table scraps, crumbs, child bedrooms, pet food, fallen bird seed, and more. Remove any indoor or outdoor clutter or material that rodents may be nesting in. Vacuum and or clean up the areas. Clean up any rodent droppings. Clean up outdoor droppings from your garden or fruit trees.
As an added step, you may want to consider adopting or buying a cat. Their presence and scent alone will naturally serve as a deterrent. You should notice a decrease in rodents. Note that some cat breeds are better than others at controlling mice. If you have rodents in your home, it is best to first trap or remove them and then use our Rodent MACE repellent to prevent their return. You can use our rodent repellents alongside humane traps, to discourage and prevent their re-entry. Release the caught mice a good distance away from your home.
You can spray this rodent repellent on old towels, paper towels, hard sponges, and other absorbent materials to help prolong the minty scent. If you decide to use baits, place the food (bait) away from the area where the repellent is applied. Starving mice may smell the food and bypass the repellent.
For automotive use, check the engine compartments and remove any mouse nestings before applying. Use an air compressor or vacuum to remove any food or clutter. If there are droppings or other signs of rodents, thoroughly clean the area with soap and water to prevent them from returning.
Be patient and give our repellent time to work. Apply more heavily depending on the severity of the issue. The concentrated repellents cover more area and allow you to better control the strength and application frequency. On average, the more product you use and the greater the coverage, the better the results. Reapply after heavy rainfall when using outdoors.
