Why does the rechargeable air pump work on intervals?

The air pump automatically stops inflating the shower bag when the real-time PSI reaches 5.0 PSI (default safe PSI). When the water pressure declines to a certain level, the air pump will reinflate the shower bag to maintain steady water pressure.

Why does the air pump stop working?

1. The air pump will enter Safety Mode (stops inflating & no water flow) when not in use.

2. The air pump will automatically turn off in 15min to ensure safety.

To restart the air pump, press the handle on the nozzle and short press the power button.

Why is there little/no water coming from the hose?

Please check if the air in the water hose is entirely pushed out. Long press the handle (or flip up the handle) and turn on the rechargeable air pump.

The shower bag arrived with a kinked hose. Will this affect the use of my shower bag?

No. Since the hose is coiled in the bag for storage, the kink is inevitable but it does not affect the performance of your shower bag.

My shower bag leaks. What should I do?

Please check the bath bag and air pump for damage. If there is any damage, please feel free to contact our after-sales service.
