The Oklahoma Joe’s Bronco Drum Smoker is a heavy-duty workhorse with a focus on customization and precision. Its movable cooking grate and additional meat hangers let you create your ideal setup, then the unique airflow control system works with the sealed lid to lock in smoky deliciousness for hours. The oversize charcoal basket holds enough fuel for all-day smoking, and once you’re done, clean-up is no problem with the removable ash pan and porcelain-coated components.

Unique airflow control system and sealed lid allows for precise temperature management. Use the side damper to control the amount of air that enters the unit, in tandem with the top damper to increase airflow and adjust temperature as desired.

Includes both a cooking grate and meat hangers with hooks, enabling you to develop your own custom smoking setup. Grill grate conveniently hangs on the side bar when not in use, (as shown in image above).

Oversize charcoal basket holds enough fuel for all-day smoking. Ideal for use with the fuel of your choice- whether it be charcoal briquettes, wood or lump charcoal.
