Japanese 420J2 Stainless Steel blades are precisely heat treated, and hand finished to a shaving sharp edge. When the blade goes dull, simply push the blade release button, and insert a new one into the black oxide coated 420J2 stainless steel blade holder designed to deliver the strength of a traditional knife.

Bringing your harvest from the field to freezer just got easier with a family of knives that never need sharpening. Choose from six blade profiles and sizes to complete field dressing, quartering and processing in record time while never having to sharpen your knife. All blades are individually wrapped for safety and cleanliness.
