Quality Raw Materials and our sustainably-sourced wood

The raw ingredients of sand, ash, and lime are in a kiln until molten then gathered, shaped, and blown by the glassblower. Occasionally during this process, small air bubbles get trapped and may appear within the finished object. This is a natural characteristic of the handmade process and makes each piece unique.

We only use FSC-certified wood to make our products as this ensures the raw material has been responsibly and sustainably sourced. Different types of wood, such as ash, oak, beech, and walnut are used for their own unique colors and finishes.

Our FSC certification (FSC-C111022) was granted in 2012 by Soil Association Certification Ltd.

Always clean the wood with a soft brush or damp cloth. Do not use in a dishwasher or leave soaking in water. Allow to dry naturally.

Always hand wash our handmade glasses in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.

We often combine different materials, such as glass and porcelain, with wood to create distinctive, contemporary designs.
