The MB15 is a true ergonomic shoulder sling bag with a TacMed design, so you can load it up and it won't drag you down like a standard gear bag or backpack. Equipped with a comfortable adjustable shoulder strap (with loops for a waist strap or anti-sway) and a rear padded island design that conforms to your body, this spacious everyday carry pack makes a great work bag, camera bag, diaper bag or short-excursion bag.

This messenger-style crossbody bag boasts ample storage capacity while still maintaining its super sleek design, ensuring convenient yet efficient transportation of your essential items. Top and front external zippered pockets provide easy access to often-used gear, while dual expanding zippered side pockets help maximize organization.

The Lightning X MedSling is an EDC heavyweight in a compact messenger style bag. If you're constantly on the go and need a reliable carryall with tactical utility features, this is your bag.

Each side flap, main cover and two side compartments include MOLLE loops which provide multiple options for attaching gear and storing tools. The main compartment opens to reveal four elastic mesh pouches, two zippered pockets, three pencil pouches and three elastic loops. Two dual-zippered side compartments will hold a standard water bottle, but also include mesh pouches and elastic loops so they can be customized to fit the users needs.

The front flap expands to reveal two reach-through zippered pockets. The top pocket extends behind the bottom one allowing for storage of full sized gauze sponges or ABD pads. The main hold and exterior of the bag features three other fully extended zippered pockets. There's no shortage of storage options on this gear bag!

The new MB15 MedSling packs are versatile shoulder bags with a practical design and a tactical feel that can be used in multiple applications. Real world uses include military, law enforcement, EMS, special events first-aid, gun range, hiking, fishing or as a general day bag. The MB15 fits over one shoulder with an adjustable, ergonomic padded shoulder strap, which is also removable with two quick-release buckles.

The MB15 MedSling opens up to reveal 10 different compartments, and even more pockets to keep your medical supplies organized, so that you can be ready when an emergency happens.

The main compartment has 2 grommet reinforced drainage holes in the bottom to allow for easy decon and cleaning. This section also features an interior mesh pocket and additional elastic tool loops.

Our bag features heavily reinforced Nylon with laser-cut MOLLE loops throughout to store tools and instruments, or attach other MOLLE gear, like an IFAK or accessory first aid go-bag.

Additionally, there are Ballistic Nylon webbing loops and elastic tool loops all over. An adjustable ergonomic shoulder strap allows for cross body placement of the gear bag, and can be easily removed with two quick-release buckles.
