All plates are easily and fully adjustable in 1/2 lbs increments to change at user discretion. PVC 1/2 lb weights filled with sustainably sourced recycled USA steel shot. 600D nylon and HDPE plastic sleeve. Hook and loop closure.

Hyperwear adjustable flexible weight plates are also compatible with the Hyper Vest TAC weighted vest. Plates are adjustable in 1/2 lbs increments.
