Say goodbye to friction burn. All-new 210D HT (High Tenacity) CORDURA on the back panel and underside of the shoulder straps is less abrasive and doesn't irritate skin or chew up delicate apparel (looking at you, merino wool).

An additional 10mm of EVA foam padding along the bottom section of the back panel supports the natural curve of your back. It’s raised up, protects you from friction from seams on and if it’s exposed to your skin, that’s no problem either.

Shoulder straps are extra padded to carry heavier loads more comfortably. Plus, tons of padding (1" thick) at the top to protect during dynamic movements. Yes, that means Bear Crawls and burpees.

The Ruck Plate Carrier (Standard) is ideal for carrying 10LB, 20LB, or 30LB Standard Ruck Plates. It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to rucking or want to add some extra suck to your workouts. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Long) fits a 30LB Long or 45LB Long plate and is ideal if you’re a larger guy.

A reinforced layer of 1050D Ballistic CORDURA on the bottom panel ensures your weight plate carrier doesn't take an unnecessary beating from gravity when you're smoked after a tough workout.

There’s no spacer mesh on the Ruck Plate Carrier so it doesn’t absorb all the stink. Just spray it down with a hose and scrub with soapy water if needed. Hang to dry.
