We're Arcturus, an outdoor company from Washington State. We know a few things about cold, wet weather, and that's why we developed our line of all weather, survival blankets. It is a must have for hikers, campers and boaters.
This survival blanket is extra large, measuring 8.5 feet by 12 feet when fully deployed and weighs just over 4 pounds. This unique blanket features a Mylar reflective side which can be used to reflect heat, create a radiant barrier, or signal for help. The other side is made of two layers of polypropylene, which creates a waterproof barrier and can be used as a blanket, tarp or shelter.
This survival blanket weighs just over 4 pounds and packs down to 4” x 10” x 14" inside the included carry bag.
Upgraded size means upgraded grommets. The new claw-style grommets are designed to grab the reinforced nylon patches rather than press into the patches.
Using the same quality materials as our standard size survival blanket, the extra large size is waterproof, windproof and reflects/deflects heat.
