OPTISOLEX Solar Panels

Foldable Design

N-Type Solar Cells

Built with N-type cells reaching up to 25% conversion efficiency.

Rated 440W Output

Split for lightweight camping, or combined for RV trips. One kit does it all.

Split for lightweight camping - charge both RV battery and power station at the same time.

Turn peak sunlight into max power- charge 1kWh in less than 3 hours. (Actual charge time varies by location and weather.)

Does the package come with the Optisolex SolexBrick S1 controller?

No, it doesn't. The current purchase option is for our standalone 440W Solarbag. This includes only the solar panel itself; the SolexBrick S1 charge controller is not included in the package.

Why is my 440W OptiSolex SolarBag labeled as "SolarBag 400"?

The packaging says "SolarBag 400" but the product is the 440W OptiSolex SolarBag. It has been renamed to reflect its official 440W STC rating (up from 400W for realistic expectations).

Is the SolarBag compatible with my power station?

Check your power station's solar input specs (max voltage Voc and current). The OptiSolex 440W SolarBag operates at 42V, 11.2A. If your station’s rated input ≥ these values, it is compatible.

Why is my portable solar panel underproducing?

Solar panel performance depends on several key factors, such as sunlight intensity, temperature, and weather conditions. Indirect sunlight, rising temperatures, cloudiness, and dust and dirt build-up can reduce the output of your solar panel.

Why does my solar panel develop white spots during use?

White spots are caused by hotspots from partial shading. This uneven heating alters the EVA encapsulation layer, affecting appearance and efficiency. (Always ensure the entire panel is exposed to uniform sunlight without any shadows or obstructions.)
